At Multi Sport Orthotics, our goal is to give patients true custom-molded orthotics, fabricated in our own workshop. Using mechanical analysis, we treat the cause and not the symptoms. Jim Fox, Certified Athletic Trainer and Orthotist, has over 20 years of Sports Medicine, Biomechanics and Orthopedic experience. Multi Sport Orthotics’ extensive knowledge of materials gives us an advantage in choosing what is best for each individual. We offer appointments promptly and are able to deliver a custom product with a quick turnaround time.
Jim Fox, ATC, BOC
Jim Fox is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Orthotist. Jim is a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Sports Medicine.
Born in Pennsylvania, Jim moved to Atlanta in 1994 to serve as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Men's and Women's USA Olympic Handball teams. During his three-year term as the head of the medical staff, Jim traveled to twelve countries and gained valuable knowledge of international sports medicine and treatments.
Since starting his company in 2000, Jim has become a well renowned orthotist working closely with Atlanta's top physicians, physical therapists, athletic teams and universities. Utilizing his vast knowledge of sports medicine and biomechanics, Jim is able to combine materials and fabrication techniques to ensure positive outcomes for every patient. Jim has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Orthotist.
Jim is very active within the Atlanta area youth and high school sports communities. He is a member of the GATA and NATA. When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys and their Vizslas.
