Our main goal at Multi Sport Orthotics is to treat the cause and not the symptoms. Jim Fox will complete a full evaluation with you, going over your history and injuries, as well as perform a gait analysis. He will compile all the information discussed in your appointment to determine your individualized treatment plan.

Insurance:
Multi Sport Orthotics is out-of-network with all major insurance providers, including Medicare. Payments for all products are due at the time services are rendered. We will provide you with a detailed encounter receipt that you can self submit to your insurance company.
