An orthotist is an allied healthcare professional who is educated and trained to fabricate and fit orthotics as well as manage patient care. Their general goal is to improve and enhance the lives of individuals with by enabling them to resume productive lives following serious illness, injury, or trauma.  Jim's athletic training background allows him to achieve this by evaluating the body’s neurological, neuromuscular and skeletal systems and their function with daily activities.  Jim will then design and hand fabricate the appropriate devices to assist the individual patient and their needs.

A referral is not necessary, although you may need one if you are planning on self submitting your claim to your insurance provider. Jim would be happy to refer you to one of the many physicians with whom we work if further evaluation is required.

Yes, we see patients by appointment only. You can contact our patient care representative at 770-500-3996 to get scheduled.
